Safety Concerns
The CMHOA Board wants to keep our neighborhood safe for all of our homeowners. The following items are reminders for each of us. If you have an item to be included, please contact SBB Management.

Crime Awareness - An important way to help deter crime is to keep garage doors closed when you are away from the garage for any length of time.

Street Lighting - Please report non-working street lighting to TXU Electric Delivery or contact SBB Management.

Residential Street Parking - While residential street parking is not prohibited, it is in our best interest to keep our streets clear to allow emergency vehicles ready access to our homes. Also, please ensure that your vehicle does not extend over the sidewalk - this is a TOFM restriction.

Resident Vehicular Parking - As warmer weather is here, additional vehicles begin appearing in the neighborhood - boats, RVs, golf carts, campers, trailers, etc. The current CMHOA DCC&R* states that these types of vehicles and non-operational (defined as stored under a tarpaulin for longer than 14 days) vehicles 'shall be parked only in enclosed garages or other areas, if screened from view from all streets'.

As homeowners, we must follow the CMHOA DCC&R*. Please arrange to keep your home in compliance with our current Covenant.

Neighborhood Issues
Yard Signage - The current CMHOA DCC&R* states that the only yard signage allowed is for home sale. Please remove any other yard signage.

Sports Equipment - Please ensure that all sports equipment; basketball goals, hockey goals, skateboarding ramps, etc., is removed from the street and sidewalk areas each evening. Blocking our streets is illegal and does not allow emergency vehicles ready access.

Pet Awareness - Each pet owner is responsible for the actions of their pet. This includes clean-up while walking your pet, loose pets, and noise issues. Be responsible pet owners!

If you have a problem with a barking dog or loose animal, contact Animal Services at 972.874.6390 or the FMPD at 972.539.0525 (non-emergency)
