Dues

Homeowner dues need to be paid by January 31st and July 31st of each year. Dues received after that date are considered late and will be assessed a late payment fee.

Please make sure that any late dues, late fees, and legal fees are paid immediately to avoid collection proceedings; including lien notices for amounts over $500 and foreclosures for amounts over $1,000.
