The Owners Association of Country Meadow has a set of Bylaws or Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions DCC&R*.

Proposed Amendments to the DCC&R
The proposed amendments* to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Country Meadow, including transition from the Developer to the Homeowners, must be approved by 75% of the homeowners to be amended.

It is extremely important for each homeowner to return this ballot. If you feel that items are unjust or that the wording and implementation need to be readjusted, make sure your views are heard.

Making Home Improvements?

Are you thinking about enhancing your yard, flower beds, or lighting or adding a swimming pool, spa, deck, or outdoor storage shed? Do you need to repaint?

If so, all major improvements or paint selections must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors before the commencement of work.

A request for approval, including the plans or product samples, needs to be provided to the Board at least a few weeks before the proposed improvement.
